Pros

If you like the college atmosphere, it's a fun environment. Coworkers are generally college students or recent grads, all welcoming pleasant in my experience. Easy and straightforward job for the most part, EXCEPT...

Cons

Managers would give us write-ups for things that weren't necessarily our fault. Rule changes would occur from time to time, and I would find out from coworkers rather than somebody higher-up. The worst part though was the hours. Those were assigned by seniority and I usually closed, so my shift would get over at 3:30 am at the absolute earliest.

Awesome delivery job!

Pros

Small delivery range, pretty much only campus and the immediate surrounding area. I usually end up making $10-15 per hour on an average night, sometimes even more. Drivers are not expected to do in-store or side work. Taking deliveries is your sole responsibility. Co-workers and staff are almost exclusively younger people, like me. I get to work with, and deliver to, a lot of cute girls. Work schedule is posted well in advance, and they do their best to accommodate time-off requests. They are very hands-off. Unless you spectacularly screw up, you don't have to worry about being chewed out by a manager or shift leader.

Cons

Sometimes they over-staff pretty heavily on drivers, which means a lot of sitting around waiting for deliveries to pop up. As with all delivery jobs, you have to worry about the wear and tear on your personal vehicle.
