Pros

If you need hours you can usually get them, relaxed dress code and atmosphere, simple but satisfying work. Coworkers tend to be excellent people. Pay is better than most retail jobs of the same level and more opportunity for advancement.

Cons

If you work as a delivery driver you will be screwed over on a regular basis. They don't have much in the way of established rules for paperwork. Management's culture seems to be full of people with little respect for the employees, safety, or health standards. Complain about any of the above and you're likely not going to find any support from upper management, which is who you have to contact since they have no HR department that I know of, and you're likely to find yourself soon out of work for your trouble. If your schedule doesn't work with what they need expect retaliation from management.

Pros

Always got at least 40 hours

Cons

Poor upper management doesn't care about things like Labor laws, legal tax practices, in store functions, quality hiring (wayyyyyyyyyy too much turnover), Food Safety practices (Some cleaning procedures enforced by the company had major cross contamination violations), No HR, Wrongly titled positions (if you are a shift manager you might as well be titled slave you wear every hat including GM for the most part). The list could go on and on but at the end of the day this company is just terrible and does not abide by any legal standards that they should its amazing the Department of labor has not shut these guys down yet.

Pros

Insomnia Cookies is a great place for experience development. They offer a culture that allows huge access for individual advancement,

Cons

The only real con I can think of is that managers can be stubborn against change. But in retrospect what organization isn't so overall I would greatly put this as a top tier company to work for.
