Pros

- Free cookies you get sick of them after a while. - Get to try new flavors earlier. - Bonus structure is decent.

Cons

- corporate team are clueless to operations. - expected to work 45 hours in-store and market on your own time. - corprate teams gets to work Monday- Thursday mornings till 5pm but expect store managers to be at work late nights and every weekend. - pretty much anyone above store level gets treated 100x better than any store level employees. - majority owner is a private equity. - unrealistic yearly goal marks set by corporate team while they also raise prices pushing customers away. - corprate will wait to the day before and even the day of to run insane flash deals that completely overwhelm the store staff instead of scheduling these deals ahead of time so we can ensure proper staffing.

My biggest regret

Pros

You could get free cookies to eat during your shift sometimes

Cons

Absolutely abhorrent. “Team members” do not care about the job at all and will sit there and talk to their boo thing on FaceTime while you try to handle a line out the door on your own. The job is incredibly stressful on weekends and holidays, and the pay is incredibly insulting when you take that into account. Leadership left a lot to be desired. There’s no employee parking so you will be walking a mile back to your car at 3AM in the dark, freezing rain, by yourself, on many occasions. Often times you are working by yourself until 5AM with little to no safety measures in place. Online orders are prioritized so you have to look dozens of customers in the face and tell them you don’t have something right after telling someone on the phone you’ll have it ready in 2 minutes. Worst job I have ever had.

Pros

One of the few companies that are fully operational during the “night owl” hours. The cookies are absolutely delicious, and employees are encouraged to try them all and share the cookie bounty! Staff was incredibly friendly and diversified, and management was available and approachable. Stores are well organized, everything is labeled and within easy reach, making every shift run smoother

Cons

Employees should be given more training, especially drivers commuting from other parts of town. There are “guidelines” (aka rules) posted everywhere and it was a little excessive, which may be more indicative of the times we live in, though.
