Pros
Compensation and the mission of the company
Cons
The “top” performers aka those that have been there for more than 2 yrs (there’s like 3 of them) never log their calls emails or touch points on any of their accounts so when talking about best practices it’s hard to mimic what they do. Why? Because the leadership team hands them over opportunities for easy wins. No paper trail on any activity - you’ll just notice these multi location wins when in reality those two tenured reps get calls from the ceo or vp about warm leads. The best part is, leadership micromanages the rest of the reps that have to fend for themselves that causes huge mental strain and high turnover. The job easy but they wna make it as hard as possible while the two “top reps” gets promoted and coast. One is portrayed to be not so skilled but hard working (yea right) while the other just leeches off of other people’s wins. They’re all a problem at the end of the day. Politics in companies are inevitable but this is just extremely unfair treatment.
