Pros

The Glassdoor reviews certainly had me scared me going into my interview process, but I can say the org has changed drastically (and for the better) over the past 1.5 years. DEIB and Learning and Development are big focuses, and steps are being made to improve compensation (but of course it is still a non-profit at the end of the day). Note: I’m in the office and not in the field, so I cannot speak to the experiences of the home are aides and other healthcare workers.

Cons

Support and training could be better, but they do appear to be making improvements.
