      Pros

      Helping seniors and the disabled. Passionate frontline workers.

      Cons

      Management is cold. They disregard you as a human being. It's all about the money. They will overwork you and cheat you from your salary if they can. They're excuse is to "keep the doors open." At least show respect to your employees, if that's the case. Not a family oriented organization.

      Pros

      A good place to acquire experience....and in no time at all you could easily advance from novice to resident expert. Knowledgeable professionals do pass thru, but don't stay very long.

      Cons

      The mission far exceeds the organization's capacity. Lacking talent in many key areas, it felt to me like a group of intelligent people trying to fill a bucket with water using a teaspoon, but the bucket has a slow leak.

      Pros

      I worked with people that are supportive and caring but they were resigning one by one. Looks like the upper management isn't doing well.

      Cons

      Upper management is only thinking about profit and not caring anymore for their employees. No career advancement opportunities.
