Pros

If you are doing direct services the work can be very meaningful and fulfilling.

Cons

Most of the people in upper management have no idea how to manage, while pretending like they do. They micromanage instead of empower.

Pros

Great clientele that are well selected and obtain good services. Colleagues seemed friendly and hardworking overall despite factions.

Cons

Insensitive management does not exhibit care for participants welfare or appreciation for staff accomplishments. Middle management is non-existent. Higher level Manager, my clinical supervisor and colleagues blind sighted me without cause or recourse when apparently looking for an excuse to dump me ahead of probation period ending.
