Great people, overworked staff

Pros

Great team environment, daily check-ins, friendly and family oriented environment.

Cons

Small teams lead to overworked staff, not much of a work/life balance, even though we've been working from home. Some staff tend to hold on to information, hard to get a hold of certain people.

Pros

First thing is that you get free lunch every Thursday. All staff are dedicated to helping seniors and adults with disabilities.

Cons

It's a big disorganized at times as well as miscommunication since we are working with so many different departments at the same time.
