Pros

Personally, I have been very happy with the company (benefits etc.), management, and workplace culture. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. You will never feel like you're alone. You also do not get micro-managed so long as you are doing your work correctly and on time.

Cons

The caseload can get a little overwhelming at times but management is there to help.
