Pros

Primarily remote, so I can work from pretty much anywhere. Pay is not much, but acceptable for a non-profit.

Cons

There is not much salary transparency

Pros

- good pay for nonprofit -friendly employees -rewarding work and great mission

Cons

- poor benefits, limited holidays and expensive health care plan - extremely greedy upper management, they make a ton of money - fake personalities at the top, a lot of saying what we want to hear but no real changes - very limited diversity, especially at the top
