Pros

Many programs, involved in a lot of sectors of adult aging and set up to help those in need. It is expanding and has open minded culture to new ideas. Very gratifying work to assist elderly with what they need.

Cons

Lack of competitiveness in salary and pension programs. Location lacks parking accommodations. Advancement opportunities may not be as great.
