Pros

The mission of this agency is clear:it serves those who are most vulnerable. The Social Workers at IOA are the true heroes.

Cons

The overpaid executive team is out of touch with reality. IT and HR are a joke. Their management is authoritative, self-serving and not respected.

Awful

Pros

Clients are great and appreciative.

Cons

HR sucks, management sucks, and work culture sucks. Awful place to work. Anyone that has stayed longer than 5 years has been complacent and "enjoys" working there because they do little to none. If you work here for more than 5 years in any of the health professions, it's a shame because you allow the bare minimum to occur.
