Pros

Organization with a great mission and many direct care staff who are very experienced and unparalleled in their commitment and service to seniors. You can learn a lot.

Cons

Despite a lot of virtue signaling from the C-Suite, considerable bad faith and adversarial culture in HR. Understand your benefits thoroughly, and monitor your pay statements like a hawk.

Pros

Great client base, rewarding work on its face, wonderful peers, nice office space.

Cons

Poor management, pervasive employee relations issues from top down, meager benefits, little upward mobility, often unsupportive - and sometimes downright hostile - working environment as it pertains to management and employee relations.

Pros

It's a job if you're in desperate need!

Cons

Horrible management, they do not care about their employees. They are rude and cruel and they have no idea what they're doing.
