Pros

There are a good bunch of people really dedicated. Great pay, great time off. Great benefits. Awesome views of the valley.

Cons

The management is seriously out of touch with how to run a company that people want to work for. The turnover rate at the company is incredibly high over the span of their 5 year lifetime. The turnover rate is about 1 out of every 6 or 7 people. The company is really quite disorganized in many of the departments. It is seriously a case of a start up company with too much money and too much ego. Yes the company is obtaining customers at a great pace and money won't be an issue, though senior management of the company is horribly out of touch with how to truly lead their employees CEO Josh is a quite out of touch with the reality of how to reduce redundancies within a company and produce a quality product(which is why I decided to leave). The status quo of the product is to develop things fast and focus on quality later and has been since 2010. There have been hundreds maybe thousands of blatant bugs with the software which could have been prevented with quality development, which would start because of great leadership of the Engineering team. Josh doesn't seem to know how to really manage the product, rather his strategy has been 'leave it up to other people I've hired.' Unfortunately, some of the people he has hired are incompetent and take his word on everything rather than challenge him. He gained the cool guy status and everyone regards him as the all knowing 50 Millionaire with the cool lifestyle and the awesome personality. The CEO has not truly 'flipped burgers' and does not have much of a regard for the individual positions at the company. Mr Coates is convinced the best way to manage people is to hire someone and make someone else manage them, without much regard for formal operating procedures. CEO Josh seriously chastised the entire company at one company event(At Rio tinto Stadium) for not being productive enough, and to "Do work stuff at work, and do your other stuff at home".

Pros

- Awesome, fun culture. - Flat management. - Start-up feel. - Casual environment. - Good salary and benefits. - Lots of opportunities to move up.

Cons

The company is still getting some important processes in place, so it can be a little frustrating at times.
