Pros
I have never worked for a company that has worked harder to educate and provide opportunities to their employees. There is a dedicated workshop just for engineers to learn new technologies and improve their skillsets. The amount of trust they give to their staff is incredible. Everyone trusts you to do your work, if you need to work from home or take a personal day, no one will think twice or come down on you.
Cons
Floors can be loud, the company has a lot of energy. Can be hard to move from one team to another, it takes a lot of work and the right connections to move up in the company.
