Pros

Everything you’d expect in a modern tech company: - Agile methods - Clear product roadmap - Open and transparent communication amongst teams and higher-ups - Peer code reviews, automated tests, CI/CD - Production health observability tools - People’s well-being looked after, 9 to 5 workday - No-nonsense meetings - Solid team bond

Cons

They are still learning the ropes of a data-focused operation. As a contractor, it annoyed me having to ask for permissions granted by default to employees. For example, I was not invited to the first two quarterly All-Hands with the CEO, and getting access to the internal Gem repository was not trivial.
