Wow, where to start? It has been mentioned before that this is a toxic culture. Please do not be distracted with the only con being “we are a fast moving/growing company so people that don’t like that should not apply”. That is silly. That is the mantra of a company with bad corporate culture. Insulet was not a great company a few years ago. They cleaned house and brought in new management. Unfortunately, that management was either Hologic business side or Pepsi operations side. If you read between the lines, that means if you were not from either one, you are not in the cool group. It is amazing how many people backstab each other to get ahead or to prevent others from doing the same. People are let go or are fired for random excuses and others are continued to peddle their incompetence.
If you look at all of the negative responses, they all have the same theme regardless of position or group. At the end of the day, they brought a team in to clean up the company, which it did but put a toxic culture in place. Sure the stock is killing it. The company finally has delivered positive EBIT, but it cycles through employees. If you are a business person, I would be wary. Do not apply. Find something else and be happy….or at least a bunch happier than if you worked here.
