      Pros

      As a recent entrant to the UK market Insulet have built a strong a vibrant team. The approach has been one of a start up with the luxury of taking on an established product from a distributor. There has been a ground up approach where staff have been listened to for the start. We make difference to people's lives everyday. It is work that is very fulfilling.

      Cons

      The pace of change may not suit all. We work in a very dynamic and constantly evolving environment.

      Insulet has a great product that is instrumental for creating a better life for people with diabetes who depend on insulin therapy. It's an innovative company, and the people who work there have a compelling vision for the future. They know what they do is important, and that there is a future for the company, the therapy, and their products. They know they improve lives.

      Cons

      Growing pains. The company is growing and changing quickly. In this type of dynamic environment, sometimes the fundamentals get put aside.
