The corporation has a fantastic product that is changing people's lives -- it really is fantastic to meet people who use the product and know that you had a hand in their personal well-being. There's a mix of good and bad reviews on here stemming from previous management --- but the new management team has a head on their shoulders and I earnestly believe they are here to stay. I work in the supply chain and, while the work can be demanding at times just as any other job can be, I feel 100% supported by the management team and trust them to make the right decisions for our patients. I joined Insulet last summer for three reasons: 1) The company has a very strong 5 year strategic growth plan, including investments in technology and people 2) I was very impressed with the current leadership team 3) All of the people I met with were very passionate about the company, the product and improving patient outcomes. After five months I am very happy to see that the promised investments have come through (new US based Manufacturing site approved in Acton, MA). The leadership team continues to impress and I now count myself in as one of the people who are passionate about the company and the product.
