      Pros

      Great cheap benefits, company perks ie gift cards at some holidays, bonus and catered meals.

      Cons

      Poorly run understaffed department, taking time off was difficult, and 37 & 1/2 workweek company wide, but not for this department.

      Pros

      Honestly they offer half days and that’s about it

      Cons

      this company does not value woods employees nor does it value its customers this is a company that is solely looking at numbers and not the amount of work or time one puts in. If you care about your work I would stay away from this place. They are completely disorganized and chaotic. People either walk out, never show up again, or get fired because they only focus on numbers.

Since you did not list a department we are unable to address in specifics, however we want to say, IAS does value their employees and customers. We would hope if employees do not feel valued or if there are issues with clients management or HR would be made aware of those directly and swiftly. We wish you the best on your future endeavors.
