Having some half days is nice but that's it.

Cons

Management is very detached and disconnected with their employees and are not here to help. Like others have said the training is ad hoc and there isn't any consistency in their policies and procedures. Pay is way below the industry average. They have an unreasonable attendance policy.

Training is ad hoc and totally inconsistent. expected to know the processes through reading inadequately written guidelines that often use phrasing that made no sense. Most of this material didn't conform to the actual circumstances of clients stated and perceived needs.
