      Schedule, hours, overtime, breaks and reliability

      Cons

      Dirty, they had bed bugs in the office and roaches, the managers was sleeping with the employees, they did not offer remote work in my department, they were also as not very helpful if you had a problem with management. It would just get you in more trouble.

      Pros

      I had a great experience with GC. I had the opportunity to make a lot of money, working alongside really great people. It’s a difficult job, but if you have drive and are money-motivated you’ll do well. If not, it’s not for you. You have to be able to face adversity and an environment that’s changing. Management is extremely hands on and very, very helpful to motivated new-hires. But if you’re coming in, “just spinning numbers” and filling a seat - it’ll be noticed and opportunities you’re given (bonus opportunity, flexible scheduling) will reflect that. It’s been a great career, with a great company that has treated me well.

      Cons

      The company needs to upgrade its San Diego office and the “perks” it offers. Coffee, teas, and breakfast snacks should be ever flowing and their needs to be more company sponsored events outside of the office. Account Representatives also need more exposure to technology. The software is extremely, EXTREMELY dated. And representatives should be given access to the basics - inter office communication (messenger, email), and lead tracking/performance metrics beyond just pen and paper. These aren’t ridiculous requests, they’re necessities in a performance-based, revenue-driven environment.
