Pros

Good place for young person to learn the ropes of call center, customer service and collections. There was really no office culture for lower level CSR's; however, managers seemed to have a great time...especially when you had a customer on the phone and had to wait for them to finish their non-work related story to another manager. Honestly felt like a machine

Cons

Very poor management that treated CSR's like dirt. Training was ridiculous as most of it learned on the floor, but you still had to sit through wasteful training sessions.

Pros

None - the score for this company should be much lower. While I was there, they ran multiple contests, for several months and paid in prizes and incentives for employees to give positive reviews about the company.

Cons

The company is not honest. Because they had such a low score, they ran internal contests for employees to right positive reviews and rewarded them for each one they wrote. You'll see where many of the reviews are around the same months. Be careful with them.

Pros

It's income until your position is eliminated due to them off shoring everything.

Cons

Evil company who only cares about profit. Mario will move all jobs to another Country and doesn't care about anyone in the US. They forces us to give positive reviews. Send out email saying the department who had the most reviews gets an incentive. Don't be fooled this is an evil company to work for.
