Business Outlook
Pros
The work was very easy. There was always something to be done, but it wasn't overwhelming. The assignments were very quick and easy to get done.
Cons
The downside to GC was the pay, some of the unit managers and the attendance policy. The pay was very low starting off, but there was a chance for a 5% raise every 6 months for the first year and once a year after. That's not much of a raise really. One of my unit managers was such a hater, she didnt like us talking and we could barely get out of our seats, it started to feel like hell in there.
