      Pros

      The only reason I gave 1 star instead of zero is due to the bonuses I received. You can make decent money in an entry level position if you work hard.

      Cons

      Scheduling. If you miss a day you can lose up to 3k (from bonus), even if you have a valid reason. Management is TERRIBLE, be prepared to be verbally and emotionally abused. Morale is extremely low. No room for advancement. Furthermore, it is draining to deal with such angry and rude customers. Training was also very lacking.

      Pros

      Attendance policy makes it literally impossible to get fired. Cash bonuses for making good scores. People that work there have the "we're in the same boat" mentality so teams usually act like small families

      Cons

      Very demanding workload. Expect 150+ calls per day Lunch is fixed instead of flexible time. You're job is telling customer to give you money

      A very challenging company to work for.

      Pros

      The company is very stable for a call center and does not lose projects as some other call centers do. There are plenty of advancement opportunities within the company. The lower level management staff takes pride in the work being done and really cares for the employees to try and lessen the stress of the job.

      Cons

      The pay within this company is well below average, with most inbound rep earning minimum wage or just slightly above. Some of the senior management has lost track of what its like to be on the front lines helping customers. Also they are not willing to hire enough reps to handle the incoming call volume during peak seasons, instead they have everyone working 50 plus hours at a very low pay rate for the work being done.
