      Pros

      This is an easy job, decent pay with very flexible hours. The training is paid and a couple weeks weeks.

      Cons

      Management is terrible. They really only care if you make money and that allows for the cliques to run the place. The cliques are territorial, and say your prayers if you make money because they see that as a threat. Management will not take action. The information given in training is totally worthless.

      Paid 2X per month. Ability to earn 1.00 an hour more for perfect attendance.

      Cons

      Unprofessional conversations, drama, immaturity, management sadly lacking in maturity and ability not to screw everyone else over because your BFF needs a better schedule.
