Pros

great place to start a job, get your experience then go get a real job. Free food every month, bonus pay for doing your job which includes coming to work on time.

Cons

low pay everyone start at $9.50 a hour, if late for work or from a break or lunch by just one minute or even if you leave just 1 minute early you don't get the bonus of $0.50 to $2.50 an hour for the next week. --- Watch out for standing on the rules or policy you could be fired

Pros

Possibility for large bonus checks, and great customer service experience. You'll carry a lot of what you learn with you beyond to other call centers.

Cons

Awful hours, atrocious management and poor treatment of employees. Even going so far to come up with new requirements that can be changed on the fly, Which could cost you your bonus check even if you had no control of the situation.

Pros

I applied on line and a few hours later HR called me on my phone asking for an interview. I went in and took 2 assessments (vocabulary and math) and a personality test. I was then interviewed by 2 managers, both of whom I let know that I had another interview later in the week. Everyone I interacted with during the interview process was very nice, personable and friendly. There was a relaxed atmosphere but also a slight sense of rushed urgency as everyone was having a busy day. There were employees that were out of the office and they were covering for them. HR called the next day with the offer and I accepted.

Cons

Training started getting slightly rushed toward the end and the DOS system is hard for me as I have always used a Windows based operating system and programs. I would have benefited from a little more training on the system and a printed manual for the system to keep would be beneficial to have.
