Pros

ISL gives you the ability to get your job done without someone constantly over your shoulder. Upper management is fair and fun - I can honestly say I love my job and everyone that I work with.

Cons

Long hours, a lot of travel - but that is just the nature of this business.

Pros

The facility is a nice upscale appearing community. The large dining room has tablecloths and restaurant style service.

Cons

Housekeeping, laundry and maintenance services are inconsistent with frequent resident complaints. Executive management gives impression that they have no respect or regard to line staff or department directors. Building is notorious for frequent management/directors turnover across the board. Vey unstable management by Integrated Senior Living management team. Residents and family members are very frustrated and leaving.
