Pros

With four acres of landscaped gardens and trees, Cedar Creek offers beauty inside the halls and outside in the gardens. Physical, emotional and social wellbeing is a priority for our residents and our staff. Madera County is a large geographic area with a diverse population.

Cons

If you don't enjoy spending time with seniors this is not your place to be. If you don't have patience and self confidence and compassion, this is not your place to be. If you don't enjoy having fun, this is not your place to be.

Pros

Good company, good benefits, good pay.

Cons

would like for management to get their work done in a 40hr (35 with breaks MANDATORY) work week. Understaffed very political.

Pros

The only pros at ISL can also be found at other management companies (like Elmcroft, Atria, or Emeritus); you have the opportunity to care for our hard-working Seniors.

Cons

It was very challenging working for ISL because there weren't any legitimate training opportunities, so the employee's were over worked, under trained, and under staffed. Our Seniors deserve so much better.
