Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Coworkers are supportive. Average benefits, schedules can be flexible. Management tries their best to create a good environment diet the many many many challenges.

Cons

Machines are extremely unreliable but the company still expected high productivity, a very loud place, turn over crazy, and the pay is not worth all the work they expect from their workers.
