Friendly people, probably have a good long term(>3yr) future as a company. Company are better received by analyst under current management

Have engineers being ok with just going through the motion of work. Pay could increase to improve competitiveness

the job is somehow stable with reasonable work pressure, the colleagues are nice, the boss is nice too which is really good

The compensation is not so high, while all the good employees have been transferred to US
