Pros
Really depends on your immediate team. I had a good team to work with. Did good work. Pay was competitive. Bonus was excellent. Work was rewarding most of the time. No regrets. It was good while it lasted. Made some good friends. If you find the right group it is worth it.
Cons
Revenue and profits depend on relatively few products. When they decide to cut costs, you never know where the Axe is going to land. But to be fair, most companies are this way. Just make sure your skills are sharp.
