Less bureaucracy, good pay. Work life balance is good, efforts are rewarded.

Cons

Market in semiconductor is low. Not a good place to get attractive bonus.

Good compensation, stock has been up considerably in last year. New CEO seems to be more focused on key objectives.

Politics at senior management level, too many changes all the time. Lack of consistency.
