Pros

- Decent benefits package and small perks - Small office, so plenty different things to do and learn - Managers are very technical and knowledgeable

Cons

- Not enough value placed on employees. Replacing permanent employees with contractors. - Unrealistic deadlines and goals set by upper management. - Too much work and not enough resources.

Pros

Great group of people. A lot of change over the past few years has created a lot of hard work but has been interesting. When will all the work pay off for the company?

Cons

morale is the biggest issue. people seem to be beaten down. could be do to the fact that they haven't been paid well in years.
