Very hard to move up unless you get favored. Management. Management is abusive with their power and treat their employees like garbage. The favoritism is so rife at this job it's almost palpable. Managers and favored employees hang out in the office and gossip. Passive aggressive behavior from management. The pay is not worth all the effort you will be putting in. You'll love the individuals until you realize your bosses are making it a toxic workplace and it's heartbreaking. Turnover rate is high for a reason.

Management just doesn’t communicate well enough between each other or to staff. No trust between staff to manager.
