      Pros

      Everyone here is very helpful and wants to see you succeed. However, success is very independently driven. They will help you if you show the desire for improvement. I love it here and enjoy my job every day.

      Cons

      The pay scale could be more even. Pay is not based on a scale. It is based upon what brokers want to pay their LC and back office employees are underpaid.

      Great people to work with and for. Plenty of opportunity to grow. You get out what you put into this job, and are rewarded for hard work.

      Work / Life balance. it can be a grind and require some extra hours to be successful here.
