Pros

Ideal position for a person without a college degree that has a strong work ethic. Not a bad entry level position for someone out of college to gain experience and hopefully decent money.

Cons

Lack of respect and loyalty towards employees. Cut throat work environment. A few "bad apples" in management are really affecting the company culture.

Integrity Express Logistics Response

Integrity Express Logistics aims to promote hard-working employees from within and believes all employees in management roles are well-qualified and suited for the same. We also work hard to provide all brokers with an equal opportunity for success. Members of the sales team are made aware of performance expectations and are provided with the coaching and tools to become successful along the way. We work hard each day to live up to our name while utilizing a core set of values which also includes high performance, excellence, sharing ideas and effectiveness. As we continue to grow exponentially, we continue to make strides in improving all aspects of our business - including our training and professional development programs. Thank you for you review – we wish you nothing but the best.

I Wish I Never Left This Company

Pros

The hardest decision in my life was having to leave this company due to unfortunate personal health issues. I am going to speak from the heart so it is important for all new and potential employees to read this. It doesn't matter if you're an intern in college, no experience in logistics, have zero sales experience, or have worked as a seasoned sales executive for 20 years. This job is for anyone who wants to make money and wants to work and have fun doing it. I've was fortunate enough to have trained several brokers and some of the best ones had zero sales experience. What they had was drive. Don't ever feel like you aren't good enough. The recruiting team does such an amazing job to where I could never understand how so many people could work in one office with no egos making the money these brokers do. I was expecting attitude and instead I found a bunch of guys and girls from all walks of life that finally found their place to make money for the hard work they do. You get what you put into it and it will change your life forever. I had the opportunity to go to work every day and see smiles every day. The leadership team and management is always working to find new ways to help everyone succeed. You have everyone around you to help you and you have the opportunity to move at your own pace. It's a marathon not a sprint. You always hear a company say, "we are a family". I can honestly tell you, at IEL, it IS a FAMILY because they care about everyone that walks in that door as an employee. I still reach out to those people today. You HAVE to want to work though. You can find a work / life balance here even though it's not a 9-5 job. If you want to make money, have a great positive attitude, and work hard then this is a life changer. If you have the opportunity for an interview, I highly suggest you take it and don't be afraid to ask questions. Be yourself and if you work hard, let them know. Then show them. You will have the support from every branch and everyone around you to help you succeed. I hope this helps a little. I felt it was important as a former employee to share this information. Good luck and work hard!

Pros

Income potential is great if you can get the right customers or if you grew up with management

Cons

Its all about the money, if you're one of the top salesmen you can do whatever you want, whether its legal or not. Management cannot pass a drug test and its well known.

Integrity Express Logistics works hard to provide all brokers with an equal opportunity for success. Members of the sales team are made aware of performance expectations and are provided with the coaching and tools to become successful along the way. The safety and well-being of our employees is a top priority to our owners, Human Resource team and managers. Additionally, our Human Resources team has an open-door policy and always appreciates any and all feedback. We appreciate your response, and we thank you for taking time to write a review.
