*Blatant favoritism and discriminatory acts are evident in my department
*There are way too many individuals in Senior Leadership on down the hierarchy that behave and interact in ways that are unfortunately in opposition to the values that the company and its founders (CEO, Todd Bavol, and CFO Sean Montgomery) have established - namely, "Let your conscience be your guide"- or in my opinion, treat others with respect, dignity, and fairness.
*There are many very unprofessional individuals in the corporate office who openly swear (curse) and/or use crude language.
*EXCEPTIONALLY POOR TRAINING AND EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT - this appears to be across the board in several departments within the corporate office
*Gossip and backbiting, even amongst/between mid-level managers to senior management
*Very little opportunity for advancement in my department - this goes back to the blatant favoritism, discrimination, and the exceptionally POOR training that were mentioned prior.
*The pay/salary for the job expectations and the exceptionally stressful (dare, I say bordering on caustic and hostile) environment is definitely not worth it.
