Want to feel under paid, strung along, and then kicked out? This is the company to work for!
Pros
I worked for Integrity for 2 years. Despite the lies, it was a good company in general. But there were, are so many things that need to be changed
Cons
1. Probably not unique to Integrity, management, even at the Corporate level is under skilled- like everyone hired their brothers/sisters, nephews, etc. (And they did.) It was like the company was an episode of Dumb and Dumber. There were several poor policies, poorly executed, that had poor results. 2. Many short cuts were taken at the expense of the employee. The warehouse workers were treated well, but Integrity Managers were often over-worked, under appreciated, under valued. All managers ever got was a paycheck and a chewing out if something was wrong - never a training, never even a thank you. (3) Ever want to feel under paid, strung along, and then kicked out? This is the company to work for! They hire managers at $37,000, - Safety or Human Resource at $45,000, Recruiters at $45,000 work them 50 hours a week, keep them working in a temp status - MANAGERS - for 1 year without offering benefits like time off, then fire them before making a regular offer. They say "Business Needs". That always works to their favor. (4) Sometimes, in a hard market, like mine, they would hire managers - safety, human resource- operations managers -as regular employees, with benefits. Well, after Christmas, they fired us all/laid us off. MANAGERS. How right or fair is it to hire someone away from a good job, promise that person the opportunity to move up/get promoted quickly, and then fire them. All the time Integrity knew those jobs were not year round jobs. But they never told no one. They just kept hiring people knowing they would be let go months later. Just not fair to lie or trick people. When your good people quit, when your business fails because Amaozm is doing its own hiring better than Integrity, you will be the sorry one. What goes around, comes back. I hope the COE, Owner, Board is investing that money well because in 3 years, they won't have a company. If you are looking for a job, look somewhere where you may have a job for more than 6 months.
