Horrible place to work

Pros

Most of the employees are nice. Get a salary instead of commission. You get reimbursed for the miles you drive.

Cons

Cold call everyday. Give you a horrible sales script to use. Horrible company that does not care about employees. Have virtually no sales training. Have unrealistic expectations. Have to go out in the field and collect 50 business cards a day. Basically a business to business sales man. People give you no respect.

Pros

Great pay you get paid every week. Wages are higher and good benefits.

Cons

They make you work overtime when you are salary w/o pay. Almost 60hrs a week. Management is not supportive and they make racially and politically motivated comments In the office. Nobody stays over a year. Very passive aggressive people oh and don’t ask for help. You are supposed to know it all your first week.

- Weekly Paycheck. - Competitive when it comes to salary.

Cons

- Nobody is on the same page when it comes to the correct policies & procedures. - Limited career advancement. - Very cheap when it comes to incentives for the temporary associates. - Systems are hard to use, and not user friendly. - Corporate Management is outright rude, pushy, and not friendly. - Insurance is too expensive for internal staff. - Do not stand up to their Company Core Values. - No training - And sets you up to fail. - Do not care about your home/life balance. - If your not on the Amazon side, your screwed. - BIG on laying internal staff off. - Senior Management is rude, and talks crazy to everyone. - Never a "Thank You!" Always a "Do This!" - Tells you false lies to get you in the door.
