      I can't think of one positive thing about my experience at IntelliTec.

      Cons

      Unorganized, unhealthy work environment. Poor communication between management and employees. Poor morale. A real downer to go to work everyday. Terrible health insurance, no 401(k)

      An uninspiring place to work

      Some "real" people within the organization

      Cons

      No structure in place. There is a lot of uncertainty and no real communication from upper management. Employees are frustrated and left in the dark. Morale is extremely low with fear of loosing their jobs if issues are discussed. Lots of drama, gossip and back staving between upper management. Loads of Hypocrisy. Consequences- high employee turnover. They need to realized that employees who see high turnover tend to disengage and lose productivity.
