Pros

Although revenue is high and we are growing quickly, the office is still small enough that there are not many communication blockers, red tape or bureaucracy to navigate. Work gets done quickly and efficiently. Management listens to employee input when it comes to process improvements and client strategy, and is responsive to requests for new tools/platforms. Employees are supported and listened to when there are roadblocks. Clients are pleasant enough and the work is interesting.

Cons

Nothing significant to note. Office is rather far west, which is only an issue if you are located central or north. Even that small downside is mitigated by the hybrid WFH schedule (a huge plus).
