It's not like an IT company, it's more like a factory. Company is in odd location. Senior managers and even HR team, don't give value to employees. No new technologies to work even if no version control for code repository. Senior managers are more worry about weekend and late night work instead of official working hours. They don't believe in official working hours, they only believe in late night and weekend work.No food, no cab in late night work. Team meeting happens in Telugu, whether you understood or not that's not their concern. Company neither providing lunch nor cafeteria. No extra curriculum events.

No proper process Worst HR Team, don't know how to speak with people. Infact hr can't even speak english properly..God knows how they are surviving..Even they don't know the HR process. Dont know how they became HR. They will always fire without any notice and if the employee is good they will not give him the relieving letter. The behavior of the management is very bad. Don't spoil your career by joining this company.
