it all depends on the project you work in..delivery guys may get onsite opportunities early on their careers. salary on time

Cons

A lot..Holidays can not be encased,,HR department sucks as they dont issue appraisal letter even after multiple reminders..illitarte and unprofessional line managers .....products not so recognised in industry so if you work for more than 3-4 years you would get stuck

This is my opinion for freshers. You will get excellent platform to learn many things here. All the colleagues, TLs, Managers and HRs are very friendly and helpful.

Cons

If you want to join for the sake of knowledge then you will find no cons.
