Pros

Founders are still involved and will help on top accounts. Competitive compensation. Good breakfast and lunch. Access to the resources one needs, with no apparent shortage of money.

Cons

Silent layoffs. Lack of trust in the employees by leadership. Senior management is poor at defining and communicating expectations. The fast pace of hiring, changing titles and roles, frequently adjusting strategies and shifting ICPs leads to regular confusion. Very poor professional development (zero for many). Investor interests have taken a higher priority than the employees. A once team-first culture has weakened, as the company becomes more corporate, with the early company value of 'We go further together' being eliminated and never replaced with anything about working strong as a team, which is another sign of the diminishing culture.

Amazing place to work. Fast paced, amazing culture and plenty opps to move forward. Best AI company in the market.

Cons

If you can’t keep up with the pace will have a hard time following up.

Pros

Unrivaled AI Momentum: Being on the Solutions team during the pivot to Fin has been a masterclass in market leadership. We are genuinely defining the "AI-first" category for our industry and others. The "Intercom Standard": The talent density remains world-class. You are consistently challenged by articulate, high-performing peers. Office Energy & Amenities: The in-office experience is vibrant, supported by some of the best catering and facilities in the industry. Competitive Benefits: Flexible PTO and a strong overall package show a solid commitment to employee security.

Cons

Scale vs. Flexibility: As we’ve shifted toward a more rigid in-office model, some of the trust and flexibility that supported long-tenured employees with families has diminished. The Agency Gap: While "Individual Agency" is a core internal message, the reality of hyperscaling has introduced more top-down politics, sometimes making it difficult for ICs to feel their voices truly impact the roadmap and business operations. The Burnout Factor: Moving at "AI speed" is a thrill, but the relentless pace makes sustainable work-life integration a challenge over the long term. Removal of the tenured employee sabbatical perk was not well received.
