Pros
- you can have so much impact - it's so fast paced, but you learn everyday - love the leaders lead a great example with work life balance. Our VP's leave everyday on time to go home to their kids! Super kid friendly environment - great career opportunitites. Not super structured ladders, but for the right people will make their own careers here - great focus on people. Feel it has gotten even better in the last few months. This is really motivating. Like all the work my manager is doing on my career development chats. I'm really learning a lot and it shows they care - really mission driven company
Cons
- it's hyper growth, so expect to be challenged, but aslong as you can manage your worklife balance, you'll be fine :-)
