      .Incredible office view .Friendly employees .Excellent pay and benefits .Regular community outreach .Regular office events .Close to public transportation .Investment in employee education and growth .Focus on sustainability

      .No parking .It is not uncommon to overhear people talking about how stressed they are when there is a deadline coming up .Traffic in the city can be a bit tough on the commute

      Pros

      I've worked at Interface for 7+ years. I've worked at 2 other major firms in the past and Interface has been the best fit. The office location and social environment are great. There is a good variety of projects: both small/ quick and bigger/ higher profile. The default design approach generally tends toward progressive and energy efficiency. The IT group in our office is the best I've ever worked with.

      Cons

      The workload can get fairly stressful. I'm typically assigned to multiple projects and sometimes deadlines for projects start to stack up.

      Pros

      Work diversity, employee events, interesting projects, flexible work schedule, nice view. Word word word word word word word word.

      Cons

      Organizational consistency, communication between teams, deadline driven priorities, varying levels of stress. If I could fix one thing it would be the double standards and mixed messages that are sent from the top down.
