I can't say enough good things about Interface and the people within this company. We've come a long way in the past four years and it's better than ever! Manager's respect their employees, the HR team is approachable and take the time to hear any employee concerns, the new CEO is down to earth and informative. There's a lot of passion within this company which is why I returned after a year hiatus, the grass isn't always greener :) All of the above makes my job easier to recruit top talent!
