Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback and for your years of service to Interface. Over the past few years, Interface has made significant investments in our people, including establishing an annual performance-based merit increase process. We are proud of this process where employees can earn significantly higher pay increases for delivering great performance against their goals, above and beyond historical ad-hoc pay increases prior to this process. We understand that a new program like this is a significant change from prior processes that were not performance based and consistently administered.
