Pros

The new social distancing will guarantee you that you won’t see management. But you never did before.

Cons

This place does very little training, is not employee oriented, takes no advice from field workers, has no perks except for management and does not care about their employees well being. Branch level management is useless and incompetent. Upper management doesn’t realize what the job entitles, they are nothing but paper suits. The open door policy is a joke, if you go over your manager’s head the reprimands are quick. If you like being just a number this might be the job for you. If you want a company to grow and learn from avoid this place.

Pros

The flexibility of time offwas a good point to being here.

Cons

Management above the branch level has no clue what's going on. Most of the project managers are in over their heads. The company states it promotes from within, and they do, as long as you can access the company site...which is secured and can be accessed from the office...but management tells you to stay out of the office. The help desks they make you use have incredibly long wait times (average is three hours on a simple call). There is a complete lack of training. Recent shake up in upper management roles.
